Welcome to CYCLOMATIC, the pioneer provider of arc controls for automated welding since 1968.

Purchased by Illinois Tool Works Company in 1994, Cyclomatic was commercially handled by Miller Electric until June of 2001. The acquisition of Jetline Engineering, Inc. by ITW in 2000 means two strong forces in welding automation are now joined, working together as one.

For many years the Cyclomatic product has given customers reliable, repeatable automated welding. The product line consists of: Seam Trackers, Arc Voltage Controls, Cold Wire Feeders, and Magnetic Oscillators.
• Cyclomatic Seam Tracker

The seam tracker system consists of solid-state electronics and ultra-rugged hardware. The seam tracker system senses the position of the weld joint via the omni - guide and then centers the arc vertically and horizontally to within +/- . 005". The system can be easily and inexpensively installed to expand the capability of both new and existing welding systems typically used with MIG and sub arc welding processes.
